Modern Quality Construction

We are residential construction specialists, providing expert building, renovations, modernisations, conversions, and carpentry services to homeowners in North Kildare and surrounding areas.

Each of our projects are personally managed by our Managing Director Richard Irving who has overseen 500+ new homes to completion within the residential sector since 2016.

Richie has 20 years experience in the construction industry holding a postgrad in Construction Project Management a degree in Construction Site Management and a National Craft distinction in Carpentry & Joinery.

Our projects are delivered on time and budget to the highest specification and greatest attention to detail.

Attic Conversions (NEXT LEVEL LIVING)

Make the most of your unused attic space with our attic design and conversion service. Realise the potential of your home by adding another room to accommodate your growing family or home office needs. Depending on ceiling heights additional office / storage space or our specialist Next Level Living (3rd storey bedroom conversion) may be achievable.

Next Level Living

For homes with Attic trusses or suitable achievable habitable room ceiling heights within the attic space we provide the service you are looking for. We specialise in delivering next level living to your home. Our full planning, design and delivery service will add a master bedroom, bathroom / ensuite and walk-in wardrobe to your home. 

Our package is designed in full compliance with building regulations and planning requirements legally transforming your home from a 3 or 4 bed to a 4 or 5 bed residence.

In realistic terms this project will cater for your growing family requirements, achieving an exceptional next level living experience while adding a valuation of circa €100,000 to your property.

Ground floor renovation project 

We have recently completed a ground floor renovation project in Celbridge Co. Kildare. The works consisted of a structural wall removal to form an open plan kitchen, installation of double sliding pocket doors aswell as 5 no new shaker doors and 75m2 of flooring, architrave and skirting boards.

Works were completed on time and budget and to the highest standard of workmanship

Stunning bathroom makeover

We have recently completed a stunning bathroom makeover for our clients in Artane Dublin 5, consisting of stripping back of the walls and floors , installing moisture board, new floor boards and tile backer boards, installing a tanking system. New tiles to walls and floor and maintenance free t&g pvc to ceiling with spotlights. A new extractor fan was also installed aswell as a larger modern slimline shower tray with corner entry door maximising space complimented by an anthracite vanity unit & towel rad + contemporary toilet and LED mirror.

Works were completed on time and budget and to the highest standard of workmanship
